Many people say that Champagne is Champagne, I agree in some parts. Like everything in life there is the good and the bad. In my opinion there are excellent, good and normal Champagnes.

In this post I want to talk about one champagne that I tasted recently and I was very surprised, the Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut. I bought it a long time ago and always wanted to try. I love the name, the label and now I can say that the liquid either. She is slim and elegant in its sparking. Bring a roasted well presence and little fruit on the nose.
