The Kitchen American Bistro is a group family of restaurants in five American cities. The Kitchen proposes to bring real food from American farmers to the table.
I visited the restaurant at Fort Collins in Colorado, and I can say it was an amazing experience.

AVOCADO TOAST – peeky toe crab, lime & cilantro

GRILLED PORK CHOP – deliciously grilled pork, anson mills polenta, bacon, sautéed greens & anchoiade (Provençal sauce based on anchovies, garlic, olive oil and vinegar).

This is a great restaurant, like everything else in Ft. Collins.

Highly recommended!
